Benmills Interiors (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any delayed or lost packages, but will assist with any claims between you and the courier company. We do not offer weekend or public holiday options.

Once you have made payment, please allow 5-7 working days before the order is dispatched.

Orders are dispatched from Pretoria, Gauteng.

There is a standard rate of R99 for shipping anywhere in South Africa.

Returns:
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Benmills Interiors (Pty) Ltd will pay for the shipping cost of the returned item.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 – 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


If the product is damaged in any way, or if you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
